Terms of Service

Simple terms for using QuietList, a product provided by Meta van Saus.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use QuietList. QuietList is provided by Meta van Saus. By using QuietList, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. QuietList and QuietList Plus

QuietList is a task and routine app that can be used without an account. Some features are available through QuietList Plus.

QuietList Plus is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

3. Acceptable use

You may use QuietList for lawful personal or business task management. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or purchase checks, access another person's data, or use QuietList in a way that harms Meta van Saus, Paddle, or other people.

4. Your data and restore code

You are responsible for the tasks and routines you enter and for keeping your own backups where appropriate. Cloud Backup and Cloud Restore are optional QuietList Plus features and are not device sync.

Your QuietList Plus restore code is the key used to restore your Plus entitlement and obtain access to the cloud backup connected to that entitlement. Keep it private and store a safe copy. Do not share it with anyone you do not trust. Access may not be recoverable if you lose the code and no recoverable purchase claim remains available.

5. Payments

Payment and order processing for QuietList Plus are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-related support.

6. Availability and changes

Meta van Saus aims to keep QuietList available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Features may be maintained, changed, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, or technical reasons.

You should keep exports or other copies of important information. QuietList should not be your only record of critical tasks or information.

7. Responsibility

QuietList is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Meta van Saus is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by unavailable service, or loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when QuietList or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
